It's disheartening to think that a single individual can tarnish an otherwise promising experience. This encounter was a stark contrast to the positive interactions we had with other attentive staff members. Despite trying to explain our situation, his unwillingness to listen or assist left a sour taste in our mouths. While attempting to pass a small buggy through a revolving door, we were met with an unexpected comment from this staff member, expressing frustration and making us feel unwelcome. You don’t even realize you are going up until your ears starts to pop. It’s a rip-off, we have to wait over an hour and it just takes you up and brings you down from the side of the building, skip it.īut the whole experience is awesome, starting with the elevator ride that takes you to the 91 floor, the whole elevator is cover with mirrors and flashing lights.
